Catering for County AGM 2007 5th November, 2007 North Downs were nominated to put on the catering at this year's AGM, and we decided to put on a banquet fit to be remembered for years to come!
After a club meeting, it was decided to stick with Kent's request of a ploughman's lunch with drinks - but to expand this by offering non-ploughmans bits, alcoholic drinks, and fancy hand-decorated plates.
It took two hours to prepare the buffet on the day, and plate decorating took about two hours the previous day. Over all though, we were quite satisfied with the result!
